About me!(out of date)

Hello! My name is Amber! I'm a 23 year old from Ontario, Canada. I love horror movies!

Thank you for checking out my website! I really appreciate it! HTML/CSS is a hobby that I really enjoy and I am thankful that I get to share my work with you all!

I would describe myself as a geek. I love video games, anime, music, movies, all kinds of things. I love being creative by making art, writing, and of course, creating sites with HTML. I'm self-taught, so there might be some errors here and there, and my script might be a bit messy, but the challenge is half the fun to me.

To get more specific with my interests, I love horror movies. All kinds of them, though I am not a fan of creature features when the creature is just a normal animal.

When it comes to video games, I will play all kinds of them! My favourite genres are probably horror, action adventure, and RPGs. My favourite franchises are Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Resident Evil, Fallout, and Super Mario. My top 5 video games are probably Resident Evil Village, Yakuza 0, Hypnospace Outlaw, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Luigi's Mansion 3, and Fallout New Vegas.

My favourite anime of all time is Hellsing Ultimate. I watched it for the first time at the beginning of 2023 and I was fell in love with it from the beginning. I watched the dub and I think that is the best anime dub I have ever heard. I usually go for the original Japanese voice acting, but the dub was so good, I have to advocate for it.

My favourite character is Alucard. I think he is so cool and I think he is really hot. Haha. I really love his character. I find his design to be really good and his character is very interesting to me. He might be my favourite vampire of all time too!

Other than Hellsing, other shows that I like are Batman: The Animated Series, The Boys, What We Do In The Shadows, Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, The Midnight Gospel, Over The Garden Wall, Ouran High School Host Club, Ash vs Evil Dead, and many more. I tend to lean more towards sci-fi, fantasy, and horror when it comes to the shows that I enjoy.

When it comes to music, I like just about everything. However, I tend to enjoy the more heavy/rock/alternative sounding stuff. I think my taste could be described as niche if not eclectic.

My all time favourite band is Ghost! I love them so much, they have helped me through a lot. I love all of their music and they are my most listened to artist of all time. I don't know where I would be without them in my life.

I have tons of merch, and I've been to a ritual (that is what their concerts are called) and I am super happy to be one of their fans. I would even call myself one of Ghosts biggest fans!.

Other than Ghost, I also listen to tons of other music, which you can check out on my last.fm. However, one of my current obsessions is BUCK-TICK. They're my favourite Japanese band. I love that they don't stick to just one sound. I really have enjoyed everything that I have heard so far, and they have a lot of albums, and they're still active and have been since the 1980s!
